Joseph T. Liotine Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Liotine is a seasoned public company executive with more than two decades of leadership at global publicly traded companies. He brings a proven track record of successfully guiding companies through transformation and growth, driving operational excellence, and deepening customer relationships through innovation. His strategic acumen and operational expertise, backed by strong financial knowledge and extensive experience across manufacturing, supply chain management, marketing, sales, and technology, position him to lead Versigent as it builds on its 100-year legacy of innovation and trusted OEM partnerships.

Mr. Liotine currently serves as Executive Vice President and President, Electrical Distribution Systems at Aptiv PLC, a position he has held since November 2024. In this role, he leads Aptiv's premier vehicle architecture product line, driving industry adoption of optimized low and high-voltage vehicle architectures. His responsibilities include leading the execution of the EDS global strategy, with a focus on footprint optimization, enhanced automation, and growth in automotive and adjacent markets.

Mr. Liotine joined Aptiv in April 2024 as President, Signal and Power Solutions, where he was responsible for driving the seamless alignment and execution of commercial and operating strategies within S&PS globally, including Electrical Distribution Systems, Connection Systems, Vehicle Electrification Systems, HellermannTyton, Winchester Interconnect, and Intercable Automotive Solutions.

Prior to joining Aptiv, Mr. Liotine served as Chief Executive Officer at Briggs & Stratton, the world's largest producer of engines for outdoor power equipment and the leading provider of job site products across its brand portfolio. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years in senior executive roles at Whirlpool Corporation, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer, where he led the global appliance business. Mr. Liotine began his career at PepsiCo, where he excelled in several financial management roles within sales and procurement.

Mr. Liotine graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, International Business, and Economics. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Janis Acosta Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Janis N. Acosta serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Versigent. She leads the company's global legal, compliance, and governance functions. Ms. Acosta joined Aptiv in January 2026 as Vice President and General Counsel for the EDS Division, leading the legal organization through the spin-off. She previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at TI Fluid Systems, as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at IAC Group, and as Deputy General Counsel at Lear Corporation. She holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Hillsdale College.

Raj Ahluwalia Vice President, Information Technology

Raj Ahluwalia serves as Vice President, Information Technology at Versigent, overseeing global IT strategy, enterprise systems, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations, ensuring Versigent’s technology platforms enable product innovation and efficient global operations with data‑driven decision making. Mr. Ahluwalia has nearly 40 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry leading enterprise‑wide technology implementations, infrastructure modernization programs, and complex transformations within global, multi‑site organizations. He previously served as Vice President, Information Technology for Aptiv’s Intelligent Systems business and held multiple IT leadership roles of increasing responsibilities at Delphi. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership positions at Visteon and Ford Motor Company.

Antonio Andrade Vice President, Global Quality

Antonio Andrade serves as Global Vice President, Quality at Versigent. He leads the company’s global quality strategy, overseeing world-class standards, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across all operations. Mr. Andrade joined Aptiv in 2018 and was named to his current role in September 2023, having previously served as Quality Director. Before Aptiv, he spent more than eight years at Delphi in manufacturing engineering and quality leadership roles. With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has led global QMS implementations, new program launches for major European OEMs, and large-scale operational improvement initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering from ISEL.

Mattias Carlsson Vice President, Global Engineering

Mattias Carlsson serves as Vice President, Global Engineering at Versigent. He leads the company’s global engineering organization, driving technology and innovation, product development, and engineering standardization. Prior to Versigent, Mr. Carlsson joined Aptiv in March 2020 as Vice President, Global EDS Engineering and subsequently led engineering for both EDS and Connection Systems. He previously spent over a decade at Lear Corporation, rising to Vice President, Global Engineering. With more than 20 years of executive experience in engineering, technology, and program management within the automotive industry, his technical expertise spans electrical distribution systems, components design, and power and signal subsystems. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering.

Carlos Casas Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA

Carlos Casas serves as Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA at Versigent. He leads the company’s operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Casas joined Aptiv in 2019 as Executive Operations Director for EMEA and was named to his current role in 2024. He has a proven track record in leading large-scale organizations across multiple continents, including EMEA, Asia and the Americas. He previously held leadership roles spanning multiple disciplines at Lear Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric. With 28 years of automotive experience across process engineering, quality, program management, commercial, and operations, he is fluent in several languages and recognized for his expertise in lean operations and business transformation.

Annalisa Esposito Bluhm Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Annalisa Esposito Bluhm serves as Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Versigent. Ms. Esposito Bluhm joined Aptiv in October 2025, overseeing the company's brand strategy and employee engagement through the spin-off. She is a veteran communications and public policy executive with over 20 years of leadership in automotive, defense, and technology sectors. She previously led Corporate Communications Strategy at Northrop Grumman and held multiple senior communications roles at General Motors through its bankruptcy, IPO and electric vehicle transformation.

Brett Holt Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Brett Holt serves as Global Vice President, Supply Chain at Versigent. He leads the company’s global supply chain organization, overseeing sourcing strategy, logistics, and supplier partnerships across all regions. Mr. Holt joined Aptiv in 2024, bringing more than 15 years of automotive supply chain experience. He previously held senior roles at Stellantis, including Vice President of Global Raw Materials Purchasing, and earlier served in procurement leadership positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, an MBA from Miami University, and a Master’s in Finance and Economics from Walsh College.

Greg LaPorte Vice President, Program Management

Greg LaPorte serves as Vice President, Program Management at Versigent. He oversees the global introduction, launch, and scaling of new programs and products, ensuring flawless execution for major automotive OEMs. Prior to this role, Mr. LaPorte led Aptiv’s Americas business, where he drove measurable improvements in manufacturing performance, launch execution, and operational rigor. With more than two decades in the automotive sector, his deep expertise spans program launch management, cross‑functional operations, and commercial leadership, supporting Versigent’s ability to convert its bookings backlog into revenue through consistent, on‑time program delivery.

Jorge Loyo Vice President & Managing Director, Americas

Jorge Loyo serves as Vice President and Managing Director, Americas at Versigent. He leads the company’s operations across North, Central, and South America, overseeing a network of manufacturing sites and technical centers, representing more than 60,000 employees. Mr. Loyo joined Aptiv in April 2025, bringing more than 30 years of automotive experience spanning wire harness, safety products, and interiors. He previously served as President and CEO for North America at Antolin, Global COO and President & CEO, Americas at Joyson Safety Systems, President, Americas at Grammer AG, and President of Autoliv South America. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering, with a specialty in Industrial Instrumentation, from Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba.

Amitabh Mathur President & Managing Director, India & ASEAN

Amitabh Mathur serves as President and Managing Director, India & ASEAN at Versigent, a position he has previously held within Aptiv since July 2022. He leads business operations, strategic growth, and operational excellence across the India and ASEAN region, one of the world’s fastest‑growing automotive and mobility markets. Mr. Mathur is a seasoned executive, with more than three decades of experience. He joined Aptiv in 2017 and held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director for EDS plants in Pune and Chennai. He previously spent more than 19 years at Delphi in engineering, operations, and plant management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

Sudarshan Mhatre Vice President, Strategy

Sudarshan Mhatre serves as Vice President, Strategy at Versigent. Mr. Mhatre is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience across engineering, consulting, and corporate strategy within the automotive and industrial sectors. He served as Vice President, Strategy for the Electrical Distribution Systems division of Aptiv, leading the development and execution of the division’s strategic roadmap. Within Aptiv, he most recently served as Vice President, Product & Business Transformation for Connection Systems, leading global initiatives focused on product innovation, portfolio optimization, and operational advancement. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune Government College of Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Paul Moore Vice President, Global Sales

Paul Moore is Vice President, Global Sales and Vehicle Architecture at Versigent, leading the company’s global sales strategy and customer engagement across all regions, including commercial operations, pricing, and business development. He has more than 30 years of experience in global automotive sales and customer management. Mr. Moore first joined Aptiv in 2011 and has held key leadership roles including Vice President, Global Sales – EDS and Customer Business Unit Director for FCA / US EV Maker. Prior to Aptiv, he spent 21 years working within the EDS supply base at a major competitor. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Monash University.

Benny Ortega Vice President, Global Manufacturing

Benny Ortega serves as Vice President, Manufacturing at Versigent, where he oversees the company’s global manufacturing network and drives enterprise‑wide operational and transformation strategy, shaping a unified operating model that enhances efficiency, resilience, and long‑term value creation. Mr. Ortega joined Aptiv in June 2025 as Vice President, Operations and Transformation for the EDS Division. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at East West Manufacturing, where he led multi‑continent operations and a global optimization strategy that delivered record EBITDA, and held senior executive roles at Gildan and Jabil. Mr. Ortega brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience spanning operations, supply chain, transformation, and financial performance management. He holds a Master of Science in Management, a Master of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, all from the University of Florida. He also completed the Corporate Governance Executive Education Program at UCLA.

Douglas R. Ostermann Chief Financial Officer

Douglas Ostermann is a highly experienced finance executive with more than 30 years of leadership in global finance, treasury, and strategy across the automotive and industrial sectors, with a strong track record of delivering financial results. He previously served as Vice President, Finance, Electrical Distribution Systems at Aptiv (since December 2025) and previously held senior leadership roles at Stellantis, including Group CFO, Head of Global Financial Services, and Head of Joint Ventures and M&A, as well as roles in China regional leadership, Archer Daniels Midland, and over a decade at General Motors. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin School of Business.

Qi Song Vice President & Managing Director, China

Qi Song serves as Vice President and Managing Director, China at Versigent. Based in Shanghai, he has full P&L accountability for the company's China operations. Mr. Qi brings more than 26 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and general management. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Continental, leading the Industrial Solutions EMEA Business Area and holding regional leadership roles in China. Earlier, he held senior roles at American Electric Power, Goodyear, and Veyance Technologies. He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's in Energy Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Sharon Vinci Chief People Officer

Sharon Vinci serves as Chief People Officer of Versigent. She leads the company's global human resources strategy, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and culture development. Ms. Vinci joined Aptiv's EDS Division in September 2025, overseeing HR operations through the spin-off preparation period. She previously served as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Aspen Technology and held senior HR leadership roles at Jabil, Johnson & Johnson, Life Technologies, Bausch & Lomb, and Cardinal Health, leading through 33 M&A transactions and integrating thousands of employees worldwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
